So this was Bella's first week of school and she seems to like her new teacher well enough. Her class only has two of her classmates from last year so she is a little upset by that, but she seems to have made two new girlfriends already. I like the one mom and have not met the other. Maybe we'll have to do a playdate. Alaina has also made two friends at school. I was stunned today, with the girls at school, how easy it is to take care of a 3 month old baby. I thought it was impossible when I was there with Bella, oh how I wish I knew then what I do now! So, Jake and I hung out and he played on his exercise mat and in his new exersaucer. I was a little skeptical about putting him in the exersaucer already but he stayed in there for a good 20 minutes and was playing with the toys and spinning himself around. Oh, and we fed him some cereal tonight, we'll see if he sleeps any longer. He ate a fair amount for his first time. Steve got home yesterday and his trip was uneventful. He says that Phoenix was beautiful and looked like a great place to raise a family...if it were a little cooler than 110 degrees! I finally got out to run last night and it felt great. I like in the picture of Bella feeding Jake that she isn't paying attention to where the spoon is...only the camera!
